Access Zinabu (spiritual call out to Haiti)

This was supposed to be the 1st release off the "Trillion Stories EP", a 2009 project that got scrapped. The album has been rebranded into "LIBATION", coming soon in 2010.

Access Zinabu features Bondzie Keys, aka M3nsa (Adjuma fame) playing keyboard on Kweku Ananse production, a throwback to Bunzu Soundz on Faisal Helwani's Obibinii label. It is a delightful track, with a funky libational (spiritual call out) video to Maya Deren's "Divine Horsemen: The Living Gods of Haiti", a catalogue of Haitian Voodoo rituals in the late 40s and early 50s.



This is dedicated to the people of Haiti.
